Anhui Kinte- Weijia Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was founded in May 2011 and is located at No. 221 Weisan Road, Quanjiao County Economic Development Zone, Chuzhou City. It is a state-owned holding enterprise affiliated with China National Electric Apparatus Research Institute Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 688128), a member enterprise of China National Machinery Industry Corporation, and one of the group's first mixed-ownership reform enterprises.

The company is a national high-tech enterprise and a national specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative "Little Giant" enterprise. It has also been recognized as a technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise and an ISO9001 certified enterprise.
